How Do WE Get Started?

After filling out the client application, you will hear back within 48 business hours. If we’re a great fit, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss the project details and next steps. From there, I’ll guide you through the studio’s booking process step by step.

Heads up: I typically book projects 1-3 months in advance, so be sure to get in touch early to secure your spot. Because I only take on a handful of projects each year, my calendar fills quickly.

When Can We Start?

I typically book projects 1–3 months in advance, as a boutique studio focused on providing an elevated, personalized experience.

The best way to secure your spot is to complete the client questionnaire as soon as possible – projects are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your application is submitted and we’ve confirmed we’re a great fit, I’ll provide an estimated start date and guide you through the booking process.

How Do We Make It Official?

To officially kick things off, I’ll need from you:

  • A signed proposal to confirm the project scope.
  • A signed Master Services Agreement to make sure we’re aligned on all the details.
  • A deposit to secure your spot and get the creative magic started.

Once those are squared away, we’re ready to dive in and create something unforgettable!

What’s the Investment?

Every project is unique, which means there’s no one-size-fits-all price list. Instead, I provide transparent, customized pricing based on your project’s scope, complexity, and specific business goals.

During the discovery call, we’ll discuss your budget, vision, and any special requests. Once we’ve nailed down the details, I’ll create a proposal with clear pricing and flexible payment options. To book your spot, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.

To secure your spot, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is divided into 2–4 payments, depending on the project’s scope and timeline. All payments must be completed before the ownership of final files is transferred.

Do you offer monthly retainer services?

Yes, I offer deliverables-based retainers tailored to your specific needs – a perfect choice for ongoing marketing support or consistent branding updates.
For graphic design projects, we can also arrange monthly design sprints -focused, high-impact sessions to handle your design needs efficiently.
