Birchbox, a leading beauty subscription service, offers personalized monthly boxes of makeup and skincare products to over a million subscribers across six countries. With a strong presence in the beauty industry and partnerships with top brands like MAC and Lancôme, Birchbox was on a mission to solidify its position and expand the reach in the Spain and UK markets. The challenge was to create engaging, multi-channel marketing designs that not only deepened subscriber trust, but also effectively communicated special offers and drove engagement metrics like open and click-through rates.
