The Client
Birchbox is a personalized monthly subscription box of 5 selected samples of makeup or other beauty-related products.
Birchbox is active in six countries with more than 1 million subscribers and 500 brand partnerships including marquee names like MAC and Lancome.
The Challenge
My task was to create brand communication from concept to execution across multiple channels and countries (Spain and UK markets). With the aim to strengthen the relationship between the recipient and the brand, build trust and loyalty, communicate special offers and improve newsletters open rate and click-through rate.
